A new spa in the French resort of St Foy is offering a special treatment under the light of the full moon.
The special treatment at Les Fermes de Sainte Foy uses moonstone and is offered between 8pm to midnight on the 11th January, 9th February, 11th March and 4th April 2009. The service is priced at 50 Euros for 45 minutes.
The spacious and modern Spa & Beauty Centre offers many other personalised beauty treatments outside the full moon period and also boasts a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a gym.
Other options include the Alpine Body Scrub with Bex mine salts and Alpine Plants; the Stress Relief treatment which begins with a visit to the steam room followed by an essential oil massage, hot cataplasms, body wrap and herbal tea or for those tired by a snow shoe session, the Après La Marche treatment is a special leg treatment with a soothing massage for tired legs, a foot massage and the application of a cold gel from hip to toe to increase the lymph circulation.
