Ski Zell am See, Austria – Charming Lakeside Town with Great Skiing

Schuetthof, Zell am See from $1,169 p/person

Zell am See is one of the most significant Austrian ski resorts. Its three parts, the all-year glacial resort Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, the Maiskogel in Kaprun, and the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See provide an area of 130 kilometers (81 miles) of trails and 54 lift systems.

The runs satisfy every skill level with a ratio of about 40-40-20 easy-intermediate-demanding. Off-trail skiing in Zell am See is part of every skiing day and neither broad nor bumpy runs should be missed. For snowboarders, two half-pipes and two parks, of which one is an all year FIS-Boardercross course, create a great environment for training and fun.
